Jovita’s signature dish.
Chef John’s personal take on the classic Kare Kare. The star of the dish is the Ilocano specialty of fried crispy & tender inside pork belly called bagnet. Blanched vegetables, the creamy and rich kare kare sauce and must have bagoong complete this must try Filipino comfort food.

PENNE TINAPA PASTA

Another surf surprise. Delicious to the last penne. Tease your palate with the mysterious smoky richness of the tomato based sauce on penne pasta. Served with garlic bread and garnished with a sprig of sweet Thai basil.

PAN SEARED FISH FILLET IN PESTO SAUCE WITH MASHED SWEET POTATOES
