John Paul D. Vallejo, or Chef John as we call him, graduated third in his class at the International School for Culinary Arts & Hotel Management in 2006.

He started his career a year later, finding his place in the culinary world. He was once Assistant Manager and Executive Sous Chef at Villa Escudero Plantations & Resort. He even ventured going solo and started his own restaurant! Today, he is Executive Chef of Doña Jovita Garden Resort.
